Proof Files.

These are uploaded to your personal gallery for online viewing. Each image can be downloaded or shared via social media, email or text attachment.

Technically, they could be further manipulated or even printed. However, they are intended mainly for viewing and proofing. Each image is branded with our studio logo on the top left corner and a transparent “proof” stamp on the bottom right corner. Your files are kept in our cloud storage for one month. If you need more time, no problem. Just let us know and we’d be happy to accommodate you at no extra charge. 

Printable Files.

Once a project is completed and some final product(s) delivered, you may buy a CD or DVD with your complete image collection in a larger resolution setting. There will be no marking or branding on any pictures. Many of these files are improved as a result of batch processing.

The CD or DVD will come with written permission for you to use its contents for any personal purpose. This limited license does not allow commercial publication or distribution. The full copyright remains the property of Grafixer Studio and is protected by law. Please note that we cannot control the qualityof other commercial labs.

Archive Files

All the chosen favorite photos go through enhancement, which can take hours. We will guard and keep these files on a redundant storage system for future safekeeping. These remain the property of Grafixer Studio. We reserve the right to include these images in our sample portfolio, or use them for our own promotional or educational work. While customers can always order/reorder individual copies of prints from these photos, the actual files are not for sale. They are signed by our studio logo to certify authenticity.
